The Hebrew root letters, “Shoresh” of Jerusalem are 
“Shin”, 
“La-med” and 
“Mem”. I designed this elegant pendant with four different inscriptions, each derived from these root letters, and each one in a different Hebrew writing style consistent with its message. If you follow the inscriptions along the intriguing, infinite lines of this exquisite artpiece, you will see that they are linked in a never ending line from one side to the other, representing the eternal essence of our united capital, Jerusalem.
“Ye-ru-sha-la-ylm”, “Jerusalem”. This is Paleo Hebrew, the Hebrew script in use when Jerusalem became our one and only capital.
“Ha-ma-shal Hoo”, “The Lesson Is”, is inscribed in Rashi Script. What better way to symbolize the lesson of keeping Jerusalem united, than with Rashi script, the writing style of one of our greatest teachers.
“Ha-shem Mo-shel”, “G-d Rules”, in Torah Block Script, represents the Torah, which guides us through life.
“Ir Shalom”, “City of Peace”, is inscribed in Cursive Modern Script. We will only have a “City of Peace” in our time by keeping Jerusalem united as our capital.
